A Carrollton man was fined and placed on probation on a felony sex charge late last month in Greene County court.
50-year-old Ryan Breckon pleaded guilty to a charge related to the alleged molestation of a teen girl at his home over 4 years ago.
The case was delayed while the victim, not Breckon, finished service in the armed forces.
Greene County state’s attorney Craig Grummel refiled the case in April of last year.
The courts ordered Breckon serve 3 years probation, and pay fines over $28-hundred.
He must also register as a sex offender the rest of his life.
