Old State Rd between Walbaum Ln and Orleans Rd will be closed Wednesday, July 28th from 8 am – 3 pm for moving of a large construction crane in conjunction with the Lincoln Land Wind Project .
The Village of South Jacksonville will be doing oil and chip on Thursday, July 22nd for the following streets:
Michigan Avenue from Village Lane to Church Street and from Main Street to Clay Street
South East Street from Vandalia Road to Greenwood Avenue
Lake Street and Lakeview Terrace intersections
East Vandalia Road to railroad tracks
Southview cul de sac
North end of Cypress Drive
There will be no parking from 11 AM – 4 PM on these streets.

Orleans Road will be partially closed from 9 am – 3 pm on Tuesday, July 13th for crane crossing for the Lincoln Land Wind Project.

Route 125 at Horse Barn Road, just east of Pleasant Plains in Sangamon County is closed at this hour due to water over the roadway. ISP District 9 is urging motorists to use an alternate route.
South Main Street is reduced to one lane on the southbound side just north of Michigan Avenue in Jacksonville. due to utility work. Please use caution when traveling in this area.
West College Avenue is closed for surface repairs from North Main Street to South Diamond Street. Please use alternative routes.
Woodson-Winchester Blacktop will be closed from IL Route106 to Blackburn Lake Road on Thursday, June 10.
The following roads are anticipated to be closed to traffic from 7 AM until 7 PM due to work related to the Lincoln Land Wind Project on the following days. Residents living along the roadway will have access.
Loami Road will be reduced to one lane through Saturday, May 22nd
