Pathway Services Unlimited has once again been recognized as the Best Non-Profit Organization in Jacksonville.
The honor comes from BusinessRate’s annual “Best of Jacksonville” awards program and is based on verified customer reviews and community feedback collected through Google Reviews and analyzed by the company’s independent rating system.
Executive Director Ryan Dowd says the recognition is especially meaningful because it isn’t based on nominations or applications, but on feedback from the community.
Dowd says the organization strives every day to provide the best possible care for the individuals it supports, adding that being recognized by the community for a second straight year is “immensely uplifting.”
For more than 60 years, Pathway Services has provided programs promoting independence, employment opportunities, community inclusion and personal growth for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding area.
Organization officials say the award reflects the dedication of Pathway’s staff, the trust of the individuals and families it serves, and the continued support of community partners.
