A Cass County man has been sentenced to prison in Morgan county court on drug charges.
The sentencing yesterday in Morgan County Court was for 63-year-old Eric Seward of Beardstown.
Seward was given 7 years in prison for meth possession. He was arrested in early January this year.
Seward was also fined $500.
A charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver was dropped.
