A four day online giving event begins today, and it will include at least one non profit orgainziation.
The event is called WCIL Gives. WCIL stands for west central Illinois. It was launched last year by the Tracy Foundation.
The event raised more than $150-thousand in 2025.
Ryan Dowd of Pathway Services Unlimited says his organization is now a part of WCIL Gives.
It started at 8 AM today.
Dowd says you can give by going to the website..wcilgives.org.
Dowd says every donation, no matter where it goes, helps participating nonprofits compete for bonus prizes and matching funds.
